Ray has been Vice President of Group Insurance since 1996. Ray provides expertise in the area of health benefits for companies and their employees and non-qualified benefits for companies and their executives. By analyzing contracts, plan designs, claims data and reviewing the marketplace for appropriate providers, Ray is our clients’ advocate for negotiating, implementing and monitoring benefit plans that strike a balance between cost containment and employee satisfaction.
Prior to joining the Visco Financial Insurance Services team, Ray served in the Marine Corps for over four years on Embassy duty. He is a Financial Advisor and Registered Representative of New England Securities with a focus on employee and executive benefits.
Ray earned the professional designations of Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant from the American College.
